Object of research: process of personnel labour motivation at the industrial enterprises. An object of research: of theoreticai, methodical and applied problems of forming and development of the motivational system of management at the industrial enterprises in modern market conditions. Methods: historical, methods of statistical and graphic analysis, sociological research and expert estimations, logic analysis and system approach, economical and mathematical modeling and forecasting.
