Thesis provides the examination results of healthy volunteers in the state of functional rest, acute nociceptive effect and offered small-invasive blockade with lidocaine. As a result we have proved that an acute pain impulsation causes a complex response having a simpato-adrenalin direction of vegetative reactions, it causes the mechanism stress of anti-nociceptive system and is characterized by a certain asymmetry of functional changes, being defined by the area of segment innervation where the nociceptive effect occurs. It has been estimated that the offered blockades with lidocaine stabilizes a general vegetative status decreasing the stress of sympathetic section of a vegetative nervous system; they allow to correct segment vegetative functions and increase sensor barriers in the area of the blockade.
