Ishenko G. Prophylactics of preeclampsia in pregnant with chronic inflammation of kidneys diseases.

In the frame of the work the retrospective clinical-statistic analysis of pregnancy and delivery period, state of the fetus and newborn for the last 25 years in pregnant with chronic pielonephritis and glomerulonephritis. The work covers the study of regional hemodynamics of kidneys and uterine-placental -fetal blood circulation in pregnant with chronic inflammation kidneys diseases. It was revealed the pathogeny role of the disorders in system of L-arginin-nitric oxide in the development of preeclampsia in this group of women. It was defined the hormonal state and peculiarities of reaction of biogenic amines in the development of preeclampsia in pregnant with the inflammatory kidneys diseases. It was promoted the complex of prophylactic measures, targeted to the reduction of the preeclampsia rate. It was showed the efficacy of this complex in the prevention of the development of the obstetric disorders and disorders of fetal state.
