Essay

The dissertation is concerned with ecological and hygienic assessment of modern insecticides and fungicides for apple-tree orchards protection and scientific substantiation of regulations for their safe application. Acceptable daily intakes of novaluron for human, hygienic regulations of contents novaluron in air of a working zone, atmospheric air, water of water reservoirs, foodstuffs (apples, juice), soil. Tendencies of conduct of insecticides and fungicides in environmental objects have been established, ecological and toxicological risk have been calculated. Working conditions and potential risk of adverse effect on an organism of the agricultural workers have been assessed. Analytical methods for novaluron determination in environmental objects and products of gardening have been developed.
