The pedagogical model of the future labour training teacher creative activity is developed in the investigation. This model includes aim, structure, semantic filling, foundations, means, methods, forms and is experimentally tested. Organisation – pedagogical conditions of the labour training teacher creative activity formation are revealed. Complete methods of future labour training teacher creative activity formation as the organic unity of its components: motivational-principal, reflexive-diagnostic, cognitive-semantic, and operation-technologic are substantiated.
