Essay

The system of economic relationships which is formed in the sphere of interaction of official and unofficial sectors and its influence on legalization of shadow activity. Theoretical basing of economic essence of the shadow economy, its development under market transformation conditions and identifying the situation and perspectives developing the interaction mechanism in legal and illegal sectors to deshadow the economy. Methods: system-structural analysis, analysis and synthesis, scientific predictions, statical, graphical. The peculiarities of social economic conditions of the shadow economy conception and existence have been found out and also the reasons of economic players deviant behavior in the frames of moral and ethical approach, which helps to further institutionalization of the shadow economy sector. Basic directions of explored sectors interaction are identified through the mechanism interaction in the shadow and official sectors of economy, which includes economic, legal and administrative regulators. It is proved that this mechanism is a component part of the state regulation mechanism in economy. Mechanism action is shown through its functions (limitation, stimulation, motivation, compulsion, prohibition), which are its essence. Recommendations about the enforcements of tax system stimulation influence on production are done through changes in general structure of taxes reducing its indirect taxes part.
