Dissertation work is devoted research of influence of lowfre-quencely mechanical vibrations, as sources of creation of pulsating of streams in the system a solid is a liquid, on intensification of mass-transfer at the periodic extracting from a digister, built on the choice of the most effective constructions of vibroextracting and on their basis to creation of new vibroextractors for the rational processing of digister or his offcuts. The new constructions of extractors of batch-type are developed for vibroextracting devices, able to create in the working environment of vehicle the effective hydrodynamic terms of flowing of process due to vibroextracting of streams, that provides their perspective for and other food, pharmaceutical industries of industry.
