Galytskiy V. Institute of Employment Within Social Policy Transformation in Ukraine

Complex sociological research of the institute of employment within social policy transformation in Ukraine is studied. Theoretic-methodological issues of sociological research of labour market, regulatory peculiarities and functions are reviewed. The following conclusion was developed: the need in formation of new national social policy conception is urgent because of new social-economical state of society and state development orientated on market relations and also by the needs of population protection from new risks. State strategy of market regulation of labour market within the context of active as well as passive social policy is reviewed.
