Dikhtenko K. Technology of obtaining of monoacylglycerines by amidation of rape oil

The object of investigation is technology of obtaining of monoacylglycerines by amidation of rape oil with ethylenedilamine. The purpose of investigation is developing of new technology of obtaining of monoacylglycerines and nitrogen-bearing surfactants by amidation of rape oil. Methods of investigation are tytrimetric, thin-layer and gas chromatography, infra-red and PMR-spectroscopy. Theoretical and practical results, novelty: kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of amidation were determined. Kinetic and statistical models of amidation were determined. Properties of the obtained products were estimated. Technology of obtaining and extracting of monoacylglycerines, diacylglycerine, dialkylethylenediamides were developed and substantiated. Extent of introduction: obtained monoacylglycerine was tested as emulsifier in margarine at Ukr SRIFO, technology of amidation - at firm "Naftochimimpeks". Spheres of application are fat-and-oil and perfume-cosmetic industries.
