Essay

The main goal of the research is studying and development of theoretical, methodical, socio-economic and organizational statements on motivation mechanism and material stimulation of work at agricultural enterprises. The subject of investigation is the complex of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of motivation mechanism and material stimulation of work at agricultural enterprises. The object of dissertation is the finding process of progressive systems of remuneration of labour at agricultural enterprises in present conditions. Methods: dialectical, abstract-logical, monographic, econometrics, analytical groupings and mean quantities, estimate-constructive method and comparisons, balance method, experimental method. Novelty. For the first time the motivation of work mechanism at agricultural enterprises of different legal-organizational forms according to the conception of harmonization of reproduction process agents' economic interests is developed. The objective necessity of further improvement of different forms of material stimulation of work is specified. The methodical basis of modeling and adoption of labour remuneration system based on main factors of effective motivational strategy are improved. The methodical approach to the estimation of wages' increasing reserves with multifactor regression model and analysis of factors which have an influence on level of wages are improved. The process of planning and control of wages fund with the indicator of "wage-intensity of products sold" is improved. Sphere of use is agricultural sector, public administration and educational organizations.
