Essay

The work extended presents pathogenetic theories of vertebral back pain in patients with accompanying arterial hypertension. The relation between vertebral pain heaviness and fluctuations of arterial tension. Different functional and organic neurological branches of peripheral nervous system are arising during arterial hypertension attack. It was proved that vertebral back pain in patients with vertebral pain and arterial hypertension has not similar cliniconeurological symptomocomplex and anothyer reograph changes as in patients without arterial hypertension.
