Bilous S. Improvement of methods of rational organization of freight transportations

This dissertation is dedicated to the improvement of methods of rational organization of freight transportation on transport networks at unbalanced volumes of demand and supply. In this work the analysis of existing methods of rational organization of freight motor-car transportation in transport systems with unbalanced volume of demand and supply is done. Standard methods of information of open transport tasks for the closed type are not always effective, and sometimes cannot be used at all. The methods of disparity and proportional disparity of taking open transport tasks to the balanced kind have been improved. The methodology of using a simplified method for settling transport tasks, which foresees bringing it to the general task of the linear programming for receiving an optimum plan of transportation, is offered here. The system of support of decision-making for rational organization of freight transportation on transport networks which offers the user a better plan of transportation on the results achieved with the help of four methods (the method of fictitious knot, the method of disparity, the proportional method of disparity, the simplified method) is projected in this work. Approbation of results of research has been performed on transport networks of joint-stock company of Konotop factory of repairing diesel engines (ОАО of КЗРДП) and in the private enterprise "Konotop wholesale stock №1".
