Vitjuk A. Increasing the efficiency of Assisted Reproductive Technologies for women with infertility and thyroid gland dysfunction

The research paper is devoted to increasing the efficiency of restoration of women’s reproductive function for women with infertility and thyroid gland dysfunction. The author has complemented and extended the algorithm for diagnosing hypothyroidism, euthyroidism and for investigation of thyroid gland antibodies, which is not a criterion in diagnostics, yet the presence of such antibodies has been evaluated as a risk factor leading to further dysfunction; they are also the early markers of poor prognosis for pregnancy after ART application. The research paper improves the complex of treatment measures for correction of thyroid gland dysfunction and immunological status of women with infertility undergoing treatment in assisted reproductive technologies programs aimed at normalization of the thyroid function, improvement of the ovulatory function of ovaries and increasing the probability of pregnancy.
