The theses are devoted to research of subject-subject relations problems in the economic structures of technocratic society, considered from positions of philosophical anthropology the phenomenon of alienation and way of its overcoming. It is shown that the crisis of teсhnogenic civilization have been conditioned spiritually moral lag components of human strategy and did problematic his existence. Absence of prospect of creating integrative science about a man provided the necessity of search of the new going near inquiring about a man. It becomes firmly established that new approaches urgently require expansion of philosophical-anthropological discourse by including of definitions and concepts of contiguous fields of knowledges. The dialectical opposite tendencies of humanism and technocratic attitude toward a man in the process of production of material welfares are analyzed. The ways of humanizing of subject-subject relations are shown by overcoming of alienation of man from the results of the labour in economic structures. A theory and practical realization of economic and production democracy is analysed from positions of philosophical anthropology. It becomes firmly established that construction of knowledge society needs in harmonization by humanism and technocratic component of sphere of production of material welfares and providing of services.
