Data of experimental contamination of pigs, dogs and horses by larvae Trichnella spiralis was stated in the dissertation. Intensity of invasion some groups of muscles in experimentally contaminated animals was determined. It was ascertained that in horses intensity of invasion of tongue muscles is higher than diaphragm muscles. Dynamics of antibodies formation in animals at experimental invasion was studied. Diagnostic titres of antibodies (IgG) with the help of ELISA in the blood serum of animals at 2-d and 4-th week after contamination were found. Diagnostic ELISA test system "Trichineliso test AB" to define antibodies in the blood serum in pigs, horses and flesh eating animals was worked out and employed into practice. Test system "Trichineliso AB" on the basis of dot-ELISA, which allows to conduct diagnosis trichinellosis without special equipment was worked out. Monitoring research on trichinellosis in Ukraine in 2006 was conducted. Trichinella invasion was found in 0,003 % of pigs, 2,17% - foxesand 46,15 % - wolves. Scientific grounded means of combating and prophylaxis trichinellosis was proposed to veterinary doctors.
