The paper is devoted to the solution of the following problem: human resources management improvement at food retail industry. This can help determine human resources market value to manage this kind of resources adequately at an enterprise.To determine human resources market value the author of the thesis offers her own calculation method of investment into development of enterprise staff in general, and its education health protection, cultural level, mobility and information awareness, in particular. On the basis of the method offered software in MS Excel is worked out to unite finance and economic department, trade union accounting to accumulate investments in staff development human resources correspondently to ensure the enterprises competitiveness and economic progress.
