Essay

There have been studied clinical-hematological and immunological features within patients with CML an acceleration stage. There have been studied peculiarities of action of different chemical-therapy regimens, the combined immunochemical therapy including recombinant interferon and interleukin-2 upon indices of blood, myelogram and immunity status within patients with CML at acceleration stage. Comparative analyses have been held and advantages of including cytokines into complex therapy of the patients have been proved. On the basis of the carried out researches there have been proved that including cytokines into complex treatment of patients with CML not only uncases the further intensification of immunodeficit in comparison with absolutely chemotherapy cure but it also improves the indices of immunity status of the patience. As a result of the having been done research the was proved the fact that intensification f chemotherapy routines and including interferon and interleukin-2 into complex treatment increases the efficiency of cure, that becomes apparent in the achievement of partial and complyte hematological remissions and prolongation of duration of the remission.
