. The object of research - risks of marketing activity of machine-building enterprises.. The aim of research - teoretiko-methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to creation of the effective system of evaluation, diminishing and management of marketing activity of machine-building enterprises risks. The methods of research - comparative analysis and generalization, approach of the systems, expert estimations, statistical and comparative analysis, ekonomiko mathematical design, structurally logical. For the first time the method of estimation of risks of marketing activity, which is based on determination of indexes of risk of losses from marketing activity and determination of indexes of probability of their origin. A case of marketing activity risks frame is improved, process of choice of antirisky strategy in marketing activity of machine-building enterprise, going near determination of functions, tasks and place of department of management of marketing activity risks, in the organizational structure of management. Got subsequent development concept-category vehicle of risk theory and classification of risks of marketing activity. The results introduced in the activity of machine-building plants, and also in the educational process. The sphere of using is risk management and marketing management.
