Object: cyclic mobile mortar-mixer with mixing screw. Purpose: increasing of efficiency of work processes of mixer of mobile mortar-mixer. Methods: experimental studies, comparative and multiple-factor analysis, logical generalization, mathematical and physical modeling. Equipment: universal USB-oscilloscope with grapher, converter of frequency of current, ampermeter, electronic-computing machinery. Theoretical results: received analytical correlations, on base which is determined dependency power of mixing process from constructive parameter, state of working and characteristic building mixture. Practical results: is created and manufacturing application small-sized mobile mortar-mixer. Novelty: model of the interaction mixing screw is created with dry building mixture under cyclic mixing, which is based on study worker of the ambience in the manner of cell. Application: experimental sample of mobile mortar-mixer pass reception and production test; the mortar-mixer is recommended to production in series. Sphere of use: scientific institutions, production and building enterprises, educational institutions, connected with development, production and usage of building machinery.
