Manyukh N. Poetics of Character Forming in V. Drozd's Prose.

The dissertation research highlights the problem of poetics of character forming in prose of V. Drozd. The researcher examins peculiar features of the artistic concept of man in V. Drozd's works where the author paid great attention to the comprehension of the inner world of the individuality. Typology of the characters in the works was examined as well. In the research the character who mirrors the system of the author's views on man is stressed. The character is formed in accordance with the type prevailing in the artistic field. Dominant means used by V. Drozd in the process of character forming are also defined and analyzed in particular, autobiographism, time space, portrait, inner speech, artistic anthroponymy.
