The dissertation is devoted to types of low perception. Such types of low consciousness as naturally - legal, positively-legal, historical-legal, psychology-sociological, aprioristic-synthetic, are analyzed from this point of view of methodology, the facts of low formation, maintenances of validity. It has allowed revealing advantages and lacks each of the types of knowledge, as to interpretation of sources, essence, an originality, sense, tendencies of the low and its communication with public values.
