Essay

In the thesis the science problems of legal status of institutions of higher education are considered as the subject of property legal relations. Separately the attention is paid to the definition of institution of higher education and analysis of form of legal entity's incorporation in which they should be created. According to these problems the conclusion is made only regarding the necessity of legal consolidation of the possibility of institutions of higher education creation in the establishment form from the point of view of their uncommercial nature.
