Khudoley V. Quality Management System Creation for Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine

Оbjecyive: Quality Management process of the trade organizations and emprises of the system of Consumer Cooperatives in Ukraine. The purpose: development of theoretical positions and practical recommen-dations about the creation of effective Quality Management System of the trade organizations and emprises of the system of Consumer Coop-eratives in Ukraine. Method: analysis and synthesis, induction and de-duction, system approach, scientific abstraction, logic analysis, sys-tematization, expert estimation, heuristic method, economic and math-ematic design, economic and statistic analysis. Offered: complex inte-gration into one system of such Quality Management Systems of trade as Quality Management of trade service, Quality Management of trade work, and Quality Management commodities quality of trade; eco-nomic and mathematic model of the process of analysis of the Quality Management System of the consumer cooperation trade; the algorithm of the procedure of the creation of the Quality Management system of the trade organizations and emprises of the Consumer Cooperation; the structure of the Card of the Quality Management System process; sci-entific and methodical approach of the IDEFO Standard application by the trade organizations and emprises of the Consumer Cooperation; the economic interpretation of the term “Quality”, the principle of individ-ual approach , methodic approach of the organization of the Quality Management System creation and implementation. The area of imple-mentation: the trade organizations and emprises of the system of Con-sumer Cooperatives in Ukraine.
