Shovkova O. Limitation of action as a form of civil law time constraints.

The dissertation contains complex research of the limitation of action as a time limit for civil rights defense. The study comprises analysis of foundations of notions 'time constraints' and 'terms', place of the limitation of action in the system of time constraints, scientific approaches to its definition, as well to its calculation, termination, break and restoration procedure. It also traces the impact of the limitation of action on the defense of person's rights, on the rights of other persons. Much attention is devoted to unification of time constraints and limitation of action in Ukrainian law. It is suggested to extend the civil?law procedure of determining of commencement, termination and break in the running of the limitation of action to the person's rights defense in family, housing, civil procedure, economical, tax and other relationships.
