Suyarko T. Contract of lodgement administration: civil law aspect.

The dissertation is devoted to the research of contract of lodgement administration as a construction which mediates relationship between owners of lodgement (profit obtainers) and administrators concerning the maintenance of lodgement and providing persons who use it with respective level of service. In the work there are determined the subject-matter and the object of contract of lodgement administration; the legal status of subjects of the viewed contract is determined in detail along with their rights and responsibilities. Separately there is researched service of lodgement administration as a kind of Civil Law services. Considerable attention is paid to the problems of responsibility for violation of the terms of contract of lodgement administration and to the causes of cessation of contract of lodgement administration.
