Snigur V. Migratory Regime in Ukraine

Dissertation is the integrated study of migratory regime provision in the present state of development of Ukrainian society. There were considered and analysed in the work the existing visions, opinions and scientific approach to overall administrative and legal regimes and migratory regime, in particular. In addition, there were given grounds and author's definition for the categorical concepts of the mechanism of migratory regime provision and characterised its essential features. There have been studies legal regulation problems of migratory regime provision in Ukraine, in particular, the formation process and the practice of Ukrainian legislation. There has been carried out an analysis of public and local authorities with migratory processes management falling under their jurisdiction, i.e. determined the number of parties to legal relationships in the sphere of migratory regime provision in Ukraine. There were considered various opinions with regard to administrative enforcement within the mechanism of migratory regime provision, and defined classification reasons for separation of administrative prevention and termination within the mechanism of migratory regime provision in Ukraine, and investigated problem of their application. There has been studied the system and the purpose, common grounds and the procedure of administrative sanctions use for the violation of migratory regime in Ukraine. There have been presented series of general-theoretical conclusions, given grounds for scientific practical recommendations as to weighted and efficient procedure of migratory regime provision in Ukraine.
