Zubenko G. Constitutional Law status of the Chamber of Accounts of Verhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea

The constitutional law status of the Chamber of Accounts of Verhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea is studied in the thesis. Particularly, the classification of the supervisory account bodies is arranged and the legal nature of these bodies is shown. The integrated study of the problems of formation and development of the supervisory account bodies in Ukraine is done. The thesis examines the conceptual foundations of the model of the Chamber of Accounts of Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea videlicet the procedure of its formation, structure, the principles of organization and activity are determined; the essence and content of the tasks, functions and guarantees of the activity of the supervisory account body of the autonomy. On the ground (for the reason) of the studies which were done the particular practical offers and recommendations concerning the perfection of the constitutional law status of the Chamber of Accounts of Verhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republicof the Crimea are determined.
