Object – the process of management by efficiency of production on the enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable products. Aim – substantiation of theoretical and development of recommendations in relation to perfection management by efficiency of production on enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable products. Methods – of synthesis, economic analysis, of expert questioning, economic-mathematic modelling, objective method.
