Essay

Object – the process of management by efficiency of production on the enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable products. Aim – substantiation of theoretical and development of recommendations in relation to perfection management by efficiency of production on enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable products. Methods – of synthesis, economic analysis, of expert questioning, economic-mathematic modelling, objective method. Results – theoretical and practical principles are grounded and recommendations on the improvement of management by efficiency of production on enterprises by processing of fruit and vegetable products are developed. Novelty – the complex approach for the management by efficiency of production grounded on consideration of functional, temporal, structural, technological, motivational and resource directions is offered, the approach to the evaluation of efficiency planning based on using of expert method is offered, the economic-mathematic model of growth of efficiency of production on the basis of optimization of charges on the production of goods of enterprises of processing of fruit and vegetable is improved. Implemented – in practical activity of enterprises by processing of fruit and vegetable, in an educational process. Sphere – processing of fruit and vegetable products
