Essay

This dissertation focuses on revealing the scientific notions of “judical rhetoric”, “judicial oratory”, “judicial eloquence”, “laywers’ rhetorical skills”. The research has shown the theoretical generalization and practical solving of rhetorical skills formation of students of higher educational establishments – future laywers. The pedagogical conditions of future laywers rhetorical skills formation at the higher educational establishments of the ministry of International Affairs have been substantiated. The system of creative tasks and exercises, which promote rhetoric skills forvation of future laywers has been worked out. The rhetoric skills criteria (logic-mental, linguistic, communicative-convincing) and their index have been defined and characterized.
