The dissertation is devoted to research of modern problems that law faces in sphere of information safety in the Ukrainian police through definition of a mode of service secret in law-enforcement bodies of Ukraine and development of the mechanism for its administrative and legal maintenance. In this work it was investigated the present condition of legal regulation of information relations which subject is the information concerning service secret in law-enforcement bodies in Ukraine.
