Essay

The scientific research deals with the examination of peculiarities of clinical course, clinical-genealogical anamnesis, content of hormones in the blood and indices of apoptosis in women with endometrial hyperplasia depending on oncological aggravation of their families. Determined in the endometrial tissue the following factors of apoptosis of the 1st and 2nd types – APO1/Fas (CD95), sFasL, protein p53, TNF- ?, sTRAIL/apoptosis inducing ligand and caspase activity -1, -3, -8, which realize the mechanism of apoptosis - demonstrated true differences in practically healthy women in case of hyperplasia and cancer of the endometrium depending on oncological aggravation of hereditary anamnesis. Clinical-gebealogical, laboratory (apoptotic) criteria of differentiation approach to patients with endometrial hyperplasia depending on oncological aggravation of hereditary anamnesis due to the determination of genetic risk groups and dynamic (annual) control of the condition of apoptotic factors were scientifically substantiated and developed. The main results of the research are introduced into clinical practice of dostors-gynecologists concerning administration of hormonal (organ preserving) and surgical treatment (endometrial ablation, panhysterectomy) of endometrial hyperplasia.
