Complex study of the Ukrainian terminology of land tenure and cadastre. The methods of formation the peculiarities of functioning and codified consolidation in scientific practice of the Ukrainian terminology of land tenure and cadastre have been observed for the first time. Theoretical meaning of work is that finding have additional information concerning processes of national term formation, they illustrate theoretical bases of general conception term units' practicing. The result of this research will assist to normalization and standardization land tenure industry terminology, to be useful during the process of studying, during everyday communication of experts land managers. Examination and generalization made on this base will be useful in lexicographic work for composition of applied-research dictionaries.
