Dissertation is dedicated to problem of the use cаvа-filter in prophylaxis of pulmonary embоlism (PE). The researched characteristic cava-filter in experiment on models by vena cava inferior, results of the use cava-filter in clinical practice, is analyzed complications of implantations cava-filter, their antiembolic efficiency, is researched influence of the use cava-filter on mortality from PE amongst hospitalized patients. It Is Offered new technical feature cava-filter - a volume space for trapping of thrombus that characterizes the possibility cava-filters to catch of emboli without full overlapping of the vena cava inferior. Use result work promoted the improvement a result prophylaxis and treatments patients with venous thromboembolism, mortality from pulmonary embolism amongst hospitalized patients fell on 47.5%.
