Fyetyesku I. The Ways to Improve the Mechanisms of Public Administration of Electoral Process in Ukraine

The government electoral process in a democratic society. To generalise operating time on the government electoral process, to find out not investigated questions in the given direction, to find out the maintenance and to specify base concepts of dissertational research. To investigate experience of the countries of the European union in government sphere electoral process, to find out features and its possibility имплементации in the conditions of Ukraine, to develop ways of improvement of legal, financial, information and is administrative-organizational mechanisms of the government electoral process in Ukraine in the conditions of democracy formation. Research methods is: the analytical, historical, system-structural analysis, an analysis and synthesis method. On the basis of the comparative analysis of essence and features of the government electoral process in Ukraine and the EU countries the studied factors of braking of process of democratic development of a domestic electoral system; specificity and the basic forms of use of an administrative resource from outside political parties is revealed and the system of indicators and the effective tool of prevention is offered illegal influence of the administrative and political power on electoral process - system of monitoring of activity of the central and local authorities. Results are introduced in the Odessa regional state administration and in Management of internal policy and the information of the Odessa regional state administration.
