Klymenko I. Elements of ecological technology for grain crops seed health restoration

Subject: to improve a sanitary state of seeds with presouring treatment by ecologically safe factors. Aim: to increase souring quality and yield properties of cereale crops by using ecologically safe factors for seed presouring treatment, such as: biopreparations, ozone, microwave irradiation and heated water. Methods: laboratory, field, statistical. Novelty: peculiarities in the influence of biopreparations, ozone, electromagnetic field of high frequences and heatcd water on the processes of seed sprouting after its presouring treatment under different regimes: activation or inhibition of sprouting; viability; activation or causal agents' development inhibition, are established. Results: optimized elements of ecologically safe technology for seed presouring treatment by biopreparations, filmforming growth regulator, ozone, microwave field, fungicide and the methods of estimation of cultivars for resistance to stress conditions at growing have been developed and tested. Application stage: the results of the experiments are tested at EF "Elitne" of Plant Production Institute nd. a. V. Ya. Yuryev, VAT "Novopokrovka" of Chuguev district, TOV AE "Danko" of Zaporozhje oblast on the total area over 45 hectars. Application area: agricultural enterprises of all ownership forms.
