The object: financial mechanism of management of ecologically-innovational development of economy. The purpose: creation scientific-methodical approaches and practical recommendations to the improvement of financial mechanism of management of ecologically-innovational development of economy. Methods of research: comparative, system and statistical analyses, logic generalization, graphic and economic-mathematical modeling. Novelty: for the first time the scientific-methodical approach to tax stimulation of ecologically-innovational development of economy, which consists in correction of the sum of profit tax in depend of the part of costs, connected with the exploitation of natural resources, in ful prodaction costs is created.
