Object - a tropospheric delay of radio signals of satellite radionavigating systems; the purpose - the decision of a scientific and technical problem of increase of accuracy of measurements by satellite radionavigating systems by the account of values of meteorological parameters on a trajectory of distribution of a radio signal in area of manufacture of works at any values of antiaircraft distance; methods - the theory of distribution of electromagnetic waves, the theory of a refraction, numerical methods; novelty - is developed model of a tropospheric delay, is spent an estimation of opportunities and features of application in regional models of a tropospheric delay of numerical fields of meteorological parameters, developed a technique of corrective action for a tropospheric delay directly in measurements at satellite supervision; results - the mathematical model and a technique of the account of regional tropospheric delays is developed of satellite supervision; it is introduced - at geodesy works on the Chernobyl atomic power station, in educational process; branch - engineering science
