Essay

In experiments on rats it is found, that the small dose of incorporated 137Сs oppresses phagocytose moderato, chronic psycho-emotional stress causes perceptible his oppressing, while the combined action of both pathogenic factors results in maximal depression of all of three parameters of phagocytose. The concomitant pathological rejections of row of parameters of myelo-lymphoid tissue are exposed. Pathological rejections are maximally expressed in the conditions of the combined action of radiation and stress factors. In the clinic-physiological looking after by patients with chronic calculosa pyeloneophritis in the phase of remissiya or latent process it is established, that the expressed of immunodysfunction is minimum at persons, which was not exposed to the action of neither incorporated radionucleides nor chronic psycho-emotional stress, while immunodysfunction is maximally expressed for the liquidators of failure on ChNPP.
