Prodaevich O. State Service in Ukraine: Organizational and Legal Aspects

The Thesis is devoted to the researches on the state service execution, viewed as a complex public social-legal institution. The conceptions and legal nature of state service execution, its structure, personal promotion during state service, as well as correlation of state service execution and service carrier have been determined in this dissertation. The notion, kinds and legal status of official posts, peculiarities of services execution, the essence, stages and kinds of service carrier, as well as controlling and managing bodies for the state service execution and service procedure have been thoroughly investigated also. Existing legislation in comparison with legislations of other countries have been analyzed together presenting proposals and addenda to existing legislation on state service in Ukraine, in particular on enforcement the Law of Ukraine "On the Grounds Service". Great attention has been given to such kinds of service procedures as: competitive procedure, procedure on post appointment,attestation procedure, procedure on evaluation of state officials activity results.
