Leshchenko E. Process and equipment of thin grinding pigments and stuffs for a paint and varnish industry

In work researches of interrelation between technological parameters of process grinding pigments and stuffs for a paint and varnish industry are submitted. Mathematical dependence of interrelation of technological parameters of grinding process is received. The form, the sizes and quantity of working elements are determined. Process of deterioration of working elements of a mill of shock – reflective action is investigated. Influence of constructive and technological parameters of process of crushing on an overall performance of a mill of shock – reflective action and granulometric structure of crushed materials is investigated. Recommendations on designing mills of shock – reflective action are developed. By results of researches installation for thin crushing red ferrioxide pigment trial sample is designed and made. By results of researches at enterprise of Joint-Stock Company « Crimean Titan » installation of a trial sample for crushing pigment by productivity of 500 kg / h is introduced
