Object - propagation of the electromagnetic waves in the Fresnel zone and the far zone of the aperture radiating systems (ARS) with the random phase distribution. Aim - further development of the statistical theory of the radiating systems in the Fresnel zone for the antennas with the circular aperture on the basis of the existing statistical theory of antennas for the far zone and of the statistical theory of a radiating systems of a linear antennas for the Fresnel zone. Methods - the mathematical physics, the statistical theory of antennas, the probability theory and the theory of the random processes, the function theory, the computational mathematics. Results - the statistical theory of antennas for the Fresnel zone of the aperture antennas in the presence of the phase fluctuations in the amplitude-phase distribution is developed. Innovation - the part of the statistical antenna theory which relates to the average characteristics of the field in the Fresnel zone of the circular focused and nonfocused aperture radiating.
