Volynets’ T. Civil and Legal Means of Exercising the Right to Medical Aid

The dissertation is an accomplished research which consi¬ders civil and legal means of exercising the right to medical aid, provides insight into the content of this right, analyses the matter and peculiarities of legal relation in the agree¬ment on providing medical service as well as legal status of contracting parties and civil and legal responsibility for car¬rying out the agreement improperly. The dissertation also in¬vestigates features of medical insurance in the mechanism of exercising the right to medical aid. The author researches in¬to the legal nature of the agreement on medical expenditure insurance, its notions and features, provides legal characte¬ristics of the elements of legal relations in insurance. The re¬sults of this research are set out as scientific practical propo¬sals which cau be used to remove the existing gaps and cont¬radictions in Law in Force.
