The dissertation is devoted to the decision of an actual problem of usage of liposoluble vitamins in of an mixed fodder industry. Is offered and the new way of increase of a degree of a digestion of liposoluble vitamins - transfer in the emulsified form in conditions in vivo is scientifically justified. The way of stabilization of liposoluble vitamins by composition of bioantioxidants with a synergistic effect is designed.The vitaminized components, made on an improved technique,have high nutrient and biological value, on physical characteristicss meet the requirements, shown to components of mixed fodders, have a long term of storage. The improved technique allows to create functional fodder products.
