The thesis investigates psychological factors in prevention of pre-school teachers' professional wearout syndrome. The thesis determines correlation between creative work and professional wearout syndrome. The author proves the effectiveness of the creative work optimization psychotechnology as a complex of the following psychological factors in prevention of professional wearout syndrome: favourable social-psychological climate, optimization of creative work, increasing the level of communicative and speaking skills, humanization of interpersonal relations, increasing the level of psychological culture, a teacher's problem-centered coping behaviour. The results of the research confirm that creative work can eliminate or soften the negative impact of professional stress through actualization of a person's internal reserves, consequently, it acts as a dominant psychological factor in prevention of teachers' professional wearout syndrome.
