Forming of marketing information systems for sanatorium-and-spa complex enterprises. Scientifically grounded conceptual regulations of developing marketing information systems, formation principles and methods, key role of information in marketing management of sanatorium-and-spa complex. Research methods: statistical observation, system approach, surveys, expertise. Composition and structure of information field of marketing information system for sanatorium-and-spa complex determined by sanatorium-and-spa product and promotional politics were substantiated. Conceptual terminology of researched area was improved by specifying sanatorium-and-spa marketing and marketing information system. Methodical scheme of forming marketing objectives of marketing information systems for sanatorium-and-spa complex enterprises was introduced. The results were implemented at ZAO "Ukrprofzdravnitsa", Uzhnyj and Kherson city councils, Odesa State Economics university.
