Myronenko M. Clinical and pathogenesis peculiarities and treatment of diabetic polyneuropathia combinate with cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy

The paper is aimed at development of the early diagnostically criteria and op-timization treatment of diagnostic polyneuropathia combinate with cardiovascular autonomic neuropathy. Taking into account the data of clinical and neurological, biochemical, neurophysiological and spectral analysis of heart ritms examinations of 134 patients with diabetic polyneuropathia were marked the main aspects in pathogenesis of formation diabetic polyneuropathia clinical implications and its stage were identified as well as the criteria of early diagnostic neurological com-plication were produced. Research conducted within the paper allowed to define more exactly the peripheral device neuron-motors function and structural changes significance of central and peripheral hemodynamics and changes of vegetative regulation heart in tested patients. Besides, comparison and analysis of clinical and paraclinical data received were conducted. New principles of examination of military servicemen with developing of the most principals of pathogenical therapy recognition clinical forms diabetic poly-neuropathia and informative biochemical neurophisiological changes with using preductal, flogensym, and oxybral in combination with tradition therapy were in-troduced.
