Object of research: the personnel behaviour of organization; The purpose of work: the further development of theory-methodical rules on management of the personnel behaviour of the machine-building enterprises through activization of influence the factors, which form it; technique of research and device: theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, system approach, ordering, classification, method of the content-analysis, induction and deduction, expert estimations and multipurpose of the statistical analysis, factors analysis; theoretical and practical results: the system of the factors (personal, external and internal environment of organization) and their characteristics is offered; on the basis of adapted to a subject domain of research technology of the content-analysis amplification the requirements of the employers to behaviour characteristics of the applicants on workplaces in industrial organization is established in view of their gender; is advanced: methodical maintenance of definition of features orientation of the women behaviour in economic environment; methodical maintenance of diagnostics the gender of features of perception by the personnel of the machine-building enterprise of values of organizational culture and urgent characteristics of leader potential of collective (due to use of methods multipurpose of the statistical analysis); Has received the further development: substantiation of a urgency and features of scientific - methodical maintenance of transition on behaviour model of management the personnel of industrial organization; the methodical recommendations concerning management of labour behaviour the personnel with use of ethical tools (psychological contract, moral, ethical or corporate code); practical meaning of the received results: results of the dissertation the research is used at the enterprises of Ukraine in the form of the methodical recommendations concerning realization of diagnostics of organizational culture and leader; formation and introduction of ethical toolkit of the enterprise with the account gender of the personnel differences as important tool of management of the personnel behaviour; the functions on management of the personnel behaviour between structural departments of the enterprise are offered; subject and degree of introduction: the development are lead up to a level of the practical offers and scripts of use in: "AGROIMPORT", "VESTA", "The Ukrainian construction technological bureau the bearing an industry", "TURBOATOM"; sphere of use: activity of the machine-building enterprises.
