Dissertation is devoted the study of features of neuro-vegetative disorders in children with bedwetting, by comparison to children with other forms of vegetative dysfunction and depending on the degree of weight of enuresis. Complex research of the state of the vegetative and central nervous system is conducted in bedwetting children. Factors, influencing on the degree of weight of enuresis, are exposed. The features of residual-organic insufficiency of cerebrum are set depending on the clinical form of enuresis (dysontogenetic type of minimum cerebral dysfunction at primary enuresis and encephalopathic - at the secondary). The features of psychical status of children with enuresis are exposed. The clinical value of method of the caused sympathetic skin response and Holter monitoring in diagnostics of pathogenetic mechanisms of development of enuresis is set for children. The role of unfavorable social factors is analyzed in the origin of specific violations of vegetative homeostasis, states of the central nervous system and psychical status, and also in determination of degree of weight of enuresis. Author also conducted research of features of family relations at the different clinical forms of enuresis and studied their influence on the degree of weight of enuresis.
