Subjects of research are patients with angina pectoris with a concomitant chronic glomerulonephritis. Purpose - to promote quality of diagnostics and efficiency of treatment of angina pectoris for patients with a concomitant chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods - clinical, electrophysiological, ultrasound, biochemical, morphological, statistical. Novelty - firstly determined frequency of development of chronic glomerulonephritis at patients with angina pectoris. There is first applied method of interval normobaric hypoxytherapy for increasing of results of treatment of cardiac pathology at patients with angina pectoris and concomitant chronic glomerulonephritis and its efficiency and further analysis which compare it to traditional treatment. There is assessed influence of hypoxytherapy on the functional state of kidney for patients with this pathology. Results - according conducted researches there is determined, that frequency of chronic glomerulonephritis at patients with angina pectoris is 10,9%. The most frequent morphological variant of nephrite is focal membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, and its clinical course is characterized by predominating of urinary and hypertensive syndromes. Clinical course of cardial syndrome characterized by typical stenocardia, hypertrophy of the left ventricle, diffuse changes of myocardium, sinus tachycardia, mitral regurgitation, hypertrophy of the back wall of the left ventricle, decrease of contractility function of myocardium and presence of diastole dysfunction. Clinical course of kidney syndrome is characterized by general weakness, headache, pain in lumbar area, high blood pressure, membranoproliferative changes of glomeruli, signs of tubulointerstitial changes. Antiishemic, antianginal, antihypertensive, hypolipidemic and antioxidant activity of hypoxytherapy were proved for these patients. It is inculcated in practice of the Donetsk regional clinical territorial medical association, therapeutic clinic of the Donetsk national medical university, therapeutic clinic of Institute of urgent and restoration surgery named after V.K.Gusak Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, and also in a pedagogical process in Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk medical universities. Field of using is treatment and diagnostic process of cardiological, nephrological and therapeutic departments, pedagogical process of therapeutic chairs of medical educational institutions.
