Institutional mechanism rational agrarian nature use in the region The thesis deals to theoretical and applied problems decision of agricultural nature use institutional mechanism functionality. In the thesis the essence of institutional mechanism on the basis of sustainable development is determined. The scientific method of institutional environment development agrarian nature use estimation is proposed. The integral institutional environment development assessment of agrarian nature use in the given region is made.
